Sabria Davis is an accomplished training and development professional and certified community health worker with nearly two decades of experience. She serves as the Referral Coordinator for the Southern Nevada Pathways Community HUB, where she oversees daily operations, coordinating care coordination agencies, community health workers and the Care Coordination System to ensure effective referrals and case management. Her role includes providing technical support, maintaining an updated HealthBridge resource directory and organizing monthly meetings with partners to promote continuous improvement and communication.
Sabria possesses a strong foundation in customer service, management and training, with a proven ability to motivate teams, deliver impactful presentations and enhance the learning experience, consistently resulting in improved customer service.
