Ms. Neal is an experienced consultant, practice coach and trainer and has substantial experience in using system design and quality improvement to support the development of responsive and high-performing systems of care. 

Using a problem-solving approach, she provides facilitation, subject matter and technical assistance to organizational teams and leaders to support their improvement work. She focuses on helping teams to translate knowledge to action to achieve their goals to support and enable accountable, sustainable and patient-centered systems of care. 

Ms. Neal has more than 40 years of experience in the health care industry, including positions with Empire BlueCross BlueShield, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, the Primary Care Development Corporation and Comagine Health.
