Nicole is a highly qualified public health professional with over 15 years of experience in health care operations, program development and management and has a track record of success in improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Her expertise includes research, data interpretation, health care policy and Six Sigma methodologies.
Nicole’s expertise in quality improvement, data analysis and program evaluation, coupled with her strong focus on performance monitoring, is instrumental in enhancing the effective and efficient delivery of the PCHI Model and ensuring the long-term success of the Southern Nevada Pathways Community Hub.
Nicole has a strong academic background having obtained a Master of Public Health, Epidemiology and Biostatistics from A.T. Still University and a Bachelor of Science, Integrated Health Science & Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Nicole is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Health, Global & Environmental Health from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
