Julie Tousa
Julie serves Dignity Health as the Pathways Program Manager and CHW Supervisor. Julie has been a social worker in Las Vegas for 30 years, working with different populations and across various areas, including foster care, people with disabilities, adoptions, senior peer counseling, skilled nursing and outreach. Julie has volunteered in many different capacities over the last 30 years within her church and at various sponsored service projects.
Julie previously served as Board Member and then President for the Nevada Center for Public Ethics and served on the St. Rose Ethics Committee and the Roseman University Institutional Review Board. Julie is a trained facilitator for Senior Peer Counseling, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for Dementia and Powerful Tools for Caregivers, which teach communication skills. Julie sees her role on the SNV HUB PCAC as an opportunity to continue to support the Southern Nevada community in a meaningful way.
