The Pathways Community Advisory Council (PCAC) consists of individuals who live and work in Clark County and who guide the development of the SNV HUB. The PCAC supports community engagement and participation efforts, provides direction for the CHW and participant experience, reviews data insights, and brings input from community partners to continually improve implementation of the SNV HUB.
